Evaluation Solutions solicits Real Estate Brokers online to perform Broker Price Opinions. You are supposed to get your check within 45 days. I have completed 12 for them and I can tell you it's been months and they do not pay. I have contacted them many times and they always tell me that they will contact accounts payable and I will get a check. But that doesn't happen.
Don't get ripped off by Evaluation Solutions, like I did.
