Never paid on a bpo after over a year and two months and numerous calls and emails

Our real estate company signed up to do Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) with several different companies, Evaluation Solutions being one of them. They called us and needed a rush order done, offering us less than the normal fee, (they agreed to pay us $45.00) to go out to a property take pictures and complete a market analysis and broker price opinion on it, which we accomodated them with and submitted the order far within the 24 hours. We recieved confirmation they had recieved it and had approved it. After 60 days, we had still not received payment, and then they started calling us asking to do more BPO's for them.

We said to each representative that we had not been paid and did not feel comfortable doing another BPO until that happened. Each time we were promised that "they would let upper management know". After 120 days, and more calls from them asking us to do more work and getting the same response, we emailed them several times, called them several times, left messages and never recieved a call or email back.
