Mark Fretman Non payment for Notary closing services provided since November

GO2Notary owes me over a thousand dollars for loan closings dating back to November. He seems to pay those who are in the Austin area and is now limiting his business to that area only. He has stalled payment for the last 9 months and is now requesting copies of invoices be sent to him so he can "sort through his payables". Well, I have sent him these same invoices many many times already but will do it yet again. He no longer has a web site, does not respond to phone calls, voice mails or emails. I believe he is basically a good man that got into a business he did not understand and the notaries doing the work are paying for his education. I will do whatever it takes to get paid.
