Criminal lack of payment of services rendered to notaries ripoff

I am a mobile notary in Hawaii and I have done two closings for Signatures Plus and have not been paid in 4 months.

I have been doing research on this company and have discovered that she has been ripping off notaries for years and has a team of "accountants" and assistants to help her do this.

I estimated that she has ripped off, at least, in the tens of thousands of dollars.

What she is doing is criminal and she needs to be removed from business.

She has 230 cases against her on the Better Business Bureau website and it increases every couple of days.

It is CRIMINAL to allow her to take money from borrowers and mortgage companies and not to pay the notaries that provided the service, myself included.

I am not sure what to do next. It is not about the money she owes me, only $170, it is about allowing a person to steal money from countless people and keep being allowed to operate.

I would like to be able to do something to get her attention and get the attention to media, the IRS, the FBI, anyone who will listen.

She expects to be able to get away with this and I want to let her know she can't. Corrupted individuals should not be allowed to operate and handle money belonging to others.

Any ideas?

She operates a mobile notary company and hires nationally so she can continue to recruit new people who know nothing about her. We are all self employed contractors.
