ResumeDirect is scam

I have gotten talked into this service by one of the career builder reps. I was told this tool will help to distribute your resume, so you don't have to apply for these positions personally. And you'll be able to contact each company where your resume is sent to. NOT TRUE!!!
The service turned out to be absolutely ineffective, waste of my money and time!!! I called back to require refund. Refund was denied, they said they did sent my resume out to potential employers, but if I want to know who they are, I have to pay another fee to get the list. This is a ripoff!!! That's almost like you hire a lawyer to represent you, paid your legal fee, he just told you he did the job without giving you the detail of the billing and fighting for the case. How do I know if the service has been rendered? If so, why have I never gotten A response from these mysterious "potential employers"?

On top of that, I was told the "ResumeDirect" service is an outsourced product, Careerbuilder has no control of knowing how they do it. Probably managed by someone who are in a foreign land, in that case, how do they know what's really going on in a US job market? Anyway, Since they paid to the contractor already, therefore, there is NO refund whatsoever, final word.

So, if you are not interested in selling life insurance product, don't get involved with career builder. And to ResumeDirect? An absolute RIPOFF and SCAM! Don't buy it!!!
