' unauthorized debit of my account '

Explained to customer service personnel and Mgr that I purchased nothing and that my account should not be debited and I needed the $38.42, plus the OD charge ($35.00) to be credited to my account. This debit was repeated on AUG. 19. More than four e-mails (4) have been sent to them. The last 2 e-mails sent - no answer. Your assistance in this matter will be appreciated. Please acknowledge e-mail arrival. Sometimes, it did not reach its destination. Yours truly, Walter Brown
