Customers are annoying

I actually LIKE aldo... If you guys dont like aldos its a shame because I don't see why anyone wouldn't. However, those who do complain may have been loyal customers, and if that is so, then you wouldn't complain because you should know the policy back to back. There are no returns after 30 days and if the shoe is in horrible condition, no way. And also, if you dont have the box that it came with, you dont get a refun. If anything, you can do an exchange but this depends on how well the shoes are looking and from what season they were. I dont understand customers who try to take advantage of other companies. STOP, its annoying for those who do work in retail. We know our policy, and we have to live by it. Therfore, we are just doing our job so do yours and just shop, try on the shoe, and don't come back. The only people I can understand who do returns are those who do purchases online. STILL, you have to get out of your seat and just GO to the store, stop being lazy, and shop.
