They have the worst customer service ever. Ex; you can have a game on your Que but if yo0u so much as arrange your Que the assume that you don't want the game at the top of your Que. Me personally i think they give thier new customers the preferred treatment, while stiffing the customers that have been w / them. Like say if you have been w / them they will send you the game when it becomes available, but new customers are sent the games first. If that's the case that's just bad business. Like other complaints have stated they have no issues with charging your card for payment right away. But they take their sweet time sending you games listed on your Que. They need to treat all thier customers the same.`
