Failed to ship order and ignored inquiries to orde

My wife placed an order with this company back on 5/27/03. Today is 11/13/03, and we never received the order.

My wife emailed the company 3 times with no response. There phone number has a voice mail that you can't leave a message in, and says that they are busy with back to school orders.

This is another case of a flimsy internet company that does take believe in customer service. We will not order from them again, and suggest that others do not order from them as well. Cool Valley does not deliver their product. Do not order their pencils!!!
