False advertisement Waynesville

I ordered 1441 imprinted pencils on June 18th. As of July 18th still have not received pencils. They advertise items will be shipped in 7-10 days from order. So why is it a month later that I have not received my pencils?

The page I ordered these pencils from allowed me to pay thru pay-pal; but the next day I was told they do not accept pay-pal payments. Whey was it allowed on their website?

Most if the time when I called and tried to leave a voice mail, guess what, the mailbox was full. I have called this company over 50 times left many voice mails because the phone never gets answered. I did received one phone call back from them. This call was on June 23 to get a debit card number to bill these pencils to, but I have not even been billed yet. I have only been able to get thru to a person one time on June 15 and I was told the following: 1) that my pencils were shipped on June 11,2) my debit card would be billed that day, and 3) that they would email me my UPS tracking number. None of this is has happened yet!

As of the evening of June 18, I have not received my pencils, my UPS tracking number, an email of my invoice, nor has my debit card been billed and it has been a whole month!

What kind of company is this? Are they even a REAL company? Are they just scam artists? Are they just liars? Are they just a bunch of people who have no clue as to what they are doing? Does anyone know?

Coming up on Monday morning June 21, I will be canceling my debit card to make sure it cannot be billed. And if I ever get the pencils, the cost should be on the company due to FALSE ADVERTISMENT.

I will advise ALL to stay away from this company!
