They've a rigid zero returns policy, which rewards them particularly when the team is inexperienced.

I bought a pedal for my sewing equipment using the aid of the salesman. I attempted for months to obtain the pedal to function, without success. After I attempted to come back the pedal since it did not actually function, I had been informed from the salesman he could not provide me something for this due to their plan. Basically, I offered that shop $40 for bad customer support.

I'll never move there again and suggest that anyone who wants sewing equipment fix move elsewhere.
