Mark Massey Joyce Komanapalli Worthless Scumbag. Needs to be disbarred. Didnt show up to court lied under oathe

Hes such a looser I need time and days to write an effective report about Mark. Just one quick note hes a smooth liar. He failed to show up in Court and texted messaged me the morning of saying he would not be attending yet encouraged me to show. His excuse was he didn't have proper time to prepare. Yet on his riduculous bill for over 10,000. Oo it lists that he spent over 20 hours the night before reading and researching. He sent this bill 2 months after I hired him so I guess that was a mistake on his part. The only time that I have actually spoken to Mr. Massey about my case at all was prior to andduring our consultation. Afterwards only via text and that was of him informing me via 18 text messages that he wasn't coming to court. But told me to either show up and defend myself or call the court and cancel. I paid him up front 2 weeks prior.

Later on 6 weeks later and another court date approaching and still no contact from Mr. Massey I sent him an email requesting my retainer back as well as my cd with my transcripts (that I paid over 750.00) as well as my filed. Because I was getting nowhere he was doing nothing. I wanted to take my retainer and hire a truly professional aggressive attorney. To my suprise Mr. Massey sent me an dugly email attacking my character and then the outrageous bill. Afterwards I decided to represent myself since he told me I would not get a dime back! And he then yet again refused to return my file. Later his receptionis t contacted me while I was in the hospital and told me you haave court tomorrow he will give you your file then. Yet again Mark sent me another email telling me he tried to gi ve me my file yet I refused to come into the court room. Another lie. Well Mr. Mark Massey my Dr.'s name is DR. David Steinberg if yu would like to check and see was I having surgery then so in no shape form or fashion did I not show up or fail to comeinto the courtroom.

To say that he has cost me me case is an understatement. To say that hes a looser is an understatement as well. How many timews has he been reported to the state bar folks??? Do not use him!!! Major Lawsuit is coming your way Mr. Massey you snake youlowdown dirty snake. As well as his assistant Joyce Komanpalli who was the one texting me most of the times at 10 or 11 at night. Sometimes mistaking me for her boyfriend during her texts. Wow hows that for professionalism. Hes a joke save your money. Hire a professional who went to an Ivy League School. Where my child is concerned money is not an option. An honest Hardworking attorney he is not. Just read his response and you will see what kind of lowdown scoudrel he is.
