Tati & company, llc, stole our deposit after they failed to deliver in time for event as they quaranteed!

We sent them a purchase order based on their guarantee to deliver 7000 backpacks for an event a few days before they were due - we were told they can't deliver. They refuse to return my pre-payment of $66,500. We are forced to sue.in doing our research, this seems to be a pattern of these guys. They recently closed their other company for this reason and re-opened another business under another name.
