False advertising bad scheduling and horrible customer service

On November 9th I went to this store for photos after a 4 hour drive. My family was going to do 4 sittings in their photo studio. We called ahead far far ahead of time for 4 seperate sittings. One for my brothers family, one for my sisters family, one for my family, and one for all 3 families together as a Christmas present for my grandmother.
The scheduling was the first problem. It was incorrectly scheduled by an associate named Amy. She scheduled it as one family, doing 1 sitting. We were 3 families doing 4 sittings.
The second problem was false advertising. The coupons have only an expiration date. Seems there is a scam of some type to get people into the store, then they inform the people that the cupons are only good for specific months. That is my opinion on why someone would do that to their customers. Dont know exactly why they do it.
We were then told that only 1 sitting is allowed per family, and we are all the same family, so were only allowed 1 sitting for the whole day. This is a walk in photo place that we kindly called in an appointment ahead of time so they could expect us. Go figure. We asked for a customer service number because at this point we wanted to just get our pictures taken and to go. We spoke to customer service and they said that we should be able to get our pictures taken, there was no reason not to, and that the cupons should be accepted.
We hung up the phone happy, and went to get our pictures taken. The assistant supervisor also said she would do our pictures personaly. The phone rang, she answered it and suddenly were allowed only 1 picture and no coupons. This was the last straw. Our day ruined, and in a pinch for the picture for my Grandmothers christmas present, we had the one photo taken. Thanks Sears for a horrible experience. Never ever again.
