Sears Portrait Studio in the Paddock Mall They charged me when I had a coupon that said FREE!

OK, so I actually have had 2 bad experiences with this company within 1 month! The first time I went into Sears with my family (my husband, and my 2 boys and 2 girls) and we had some family photos done. The girl that was doing our photos was in a wicked rush when we had made an appointment and everything before coming in! The pictures didn't turn out too bad, but I would have liked to take a few more. So anyways, I paid for the photos that we took and went back to pick them up about 2 weeks later. Well one of our 10x13 pictures had my husband's top part of his head cut off, so they had to send it back and have it redone! So because we had to come back, they gave us a coupon for a FREE Halloween 8x10 collage with NO SITTING FEE or anything wrote right on the coupon.

So I thought well great! I will take the kids to get a nice free Halloween collage done when we have to go and pic up our other family portrait, then it's not too much of a wasted trip. So I made another appointment... (biggest mistake!) But before even going to the appointment, I called Sears ahead of time and told them that I want to have all 4 of my kids in the collage and let them know that I had the FREE coupon and asked if it was possible for all them to fit. They said it wouldn't be a problem. So my husband and I got the kids all dressed up and everything on the day for the appointment and headed over to Sears.

The minute we walked in, I handed them the coupon and said that it was all I wanted done because we JUST got a bunch of pics done a few weeks prior to this appointment. She said ok. So the kids get their pics taken and I tell the lady which ones I like for the collage. She kept trying to talk me into more pics of course, and I kept saying no, that I just wanted the FREE collage; and even explained to her that we just got a bunch of pics taken and they messed them up, so gave us this coupon to make up for it. FINALLY, she says ok.

So we get up to the counter and she tells me the total is $15.95. I was like "WHAT??? FOR WHAT?" And she told me that since I didn't buy any sheets that they were charging me the sitting fee, when it said RIGHT on the coupon, " NO SITTING FEE" I tried telling her that it wasn't right because they messed up my last picture, and made US come back to the store when it wasn't even our fault and waste our gas! That's just not right at all! She didn't care at all, and even had another associate try explaining this nonsense to me. Neither one of them even cared when I said I was never coming back there numerous times! I even pointed out that the small print didn't say ANYTHING about having to buy any sheets, and they didn't care.

I highly advise that no one go to sears portrait studio to get their pics done! They are fraudulent, expensive and poor quality! Not worth it at all!!!
