Unauthorized bundle package, and roadside assistance charges to my minor childrens phone. They don't even drive. They would not show me an authorization for these additional services, and charges. They are full of crap! Over $700.00 worth of charges steming back to 2004. Who has time to read every charge over and beyond what you believe to be what you, ve used? That's what I get for trusting AT&T, you scumbags!
Oh, and they credited my account for a measly $106.03, and said they went beyond what they needed to go. You'll have your day you theiving S O B's!
The FTC just received my complaint, and you should notify them as well
