Paid a lot of money to have an ad sent out. There were two dates on the contract for the ad to be sent out to. Didn't go out for 2 months. I tried to contact him regularly and he would not return phone calls. When it finally went to print, he sent without my permission. It goes to 10,000 homes in the area and he guarantees (verbally of course) a 1-2% return. I got two calls from the ad. Requested refund via bank, he told bank that I tried to manipulate him into free advertisement. I did not get refund. Horrible businessman. Also, if one is in advertising you'd think he should be able to spell. And he cannot.
