I needed help finding a place to rent so I paid $225 to Rain city Rentals, and after that they never returned any of calls. They did nothing to help me find a rental after moving from California. I as

I paid Rain city Rentals on 8/24, in Renton Washington $225 dollars to help me find a rental. After I paid the $225 they did nothing to help me find a place to live after moving up to Washington from California.
They would not return any of my calls. I asked that they cancel my account, and they agreed to pay me a refund after 60 day in the amount of $180. I waited the 60 days and tried many times to contact this company about my refund, and not once did they return my calls.
Once I finally reached the owner she was very rude to me and said she would not refund my 180 per the contract agreement. They had said I never tried contacting them which is 100% false.
Im very disipointed that this company did not help me or fallow through with what they said they would do. I Have proof of my many attempts to contact them via phone records. I also have a copy of the signed contact and dates.
This company is a complete scam and the emplyees are rude, and will not help once you once they recieve the $225 payment nor will they give the $180 refund they promise per the contract.
