No communication at all - shipping error - took my money - item shipped to wrong state

I purchased a DVD set from this company and when I saw the confirmation it had the wrong state on it (It showed Alabama not California) - I tried sending 3 trouble tickets in through the websites contact links as well as 3 emails to the support folks at the company and after 5 days of trying to contact these folks I did not receive any communications back from them other then thanks for your order (NO PHONE NUMBER FOR COMPANY) and your order has been shipped (NO TRACKING INFO) just the wrong address
