Home dvd videos programs copied off tv with commercials!

They record programs off the TV. Not only are they very poor quality but they have commercials just like on TV. Even if they don't state that they are not original DVD's, they also don't state that they are amateur recordings off a TV with the commercials.
The DVD's are labelled with a typewritten sticker which states #1, #2, #3 etc.
Even if they take the DVD's back and refund my money, I'm already out $35 in shipping charges plus any other charges to ship them back. FYI: they have not responded to my email to their support address.
