They lay out there terms and are pretty much straight forward on them.

They let you know that they are reproduced copies and are not responsible for MINOR errors. (2nd clue).

They say they will work with you on any complaints. (3rd clue).

I bought the Hawaiian Eye tv series dvd. All was good on the first disc. I was impressed with the quality of the reproduction. (4th clue)
