Ripoff, fraudulent billing

I did not get my refund either. However I am not complaining about that. Two months ago I cancelled my service by calling 1-800-274-2538 and guess what? I am still getting billed for a service that is cancelled and when I try to call the number it says it does not recognize the number.

I made the mistake when I first got my phone bill and put it on cricket-recurring another words it is automatically charged to my credit card account! I am being sent a dispute paper to sign but in the meantime I am being charged each month.

I am still being billed by Cricket and no phone service! As far as I know there is no other way to reach them to complain. Any ideas on how to take care of this?
