ABC Carpet Cleaning Oh don't worry we will clean your carpet like "NEW"... Not this company!

I received a coupon in the mail stating that this company will Clean my air ducks and 3 rooms for $59.99, so I called and talked to Mike and he assured me there was NO hidden charges. Well, when the Tech Eran came to my house he walked the house and said oh, my living room was over 200 sq. Feet and that would be a extra $20.00 and then for the main vent that would be another $25.00 and I said that Mike did not tell me that on the phone and the tech asked if I had read the fine print on the couponand proceeded to argue with me and let me know that he was at my house right at 8am when other companies come lateI was not interestedand was VERY RUDEI told him to call he said he had all ready did and the office did not want to talk to me. Then 15mins later he said ok we are done. 15mins to clean air ducks and clean the carpet. At this time I walked the house and I pointed out the dark spots and he said oh dont worry those are just darker due to you walk there. So I paid him and then the next day the carpet was like I never had it cleaned. Then I called the 866 number they have on the receipt and it had been changed so I goggled the phone number and it came up that AAA use to be ABC and then I read all the complaints. I wish I would of looked it up before I called them. I found them on the internet and called and the office girl. I thinking she is the wife said that she would have to have the tech come back out to my house I asked for another tech. The I get a call from the tech that came to my house and he was Rude and said I got what I paid for and he would come back out for another charge. So PLEASE do not or be careful with this company.
