Melissa Margarite White and Spot light Shopper Magazine is truely a rip-off. She has never published a magazine and she basically took my money and ran. She promised me to build a web-site and to get my company's name out there. Once I gave her $2000 she did manage to start my web-site but it took her 6 weeks. She never finished it. I had to hire someone else to finish it for me. After that she didn't do anything else. She lures clients in, takes there money and does nothing else. All she does is give empty promises. She also uses her sexuality to lure clients in. I've seen this first hand. Someone like this shouldn't be publishing a magazine or be active in the communty. She's not a good person or business person. She has taken advantage of other businesses but they will not step up. She claims to have been in the business for ten years. She has never been in this line of business ever. Matter of fact she has been in the residential builiing business and reel estate and had to go bankrupt for mis managing money and clients money. So, If this is the type of person you want to buy an ad from I would think twice. She sold me one and supposedly built me web-site and I have yet to see it. So, If you see Spotlight Shopper Magazine or Meissa Margarita White's name I would run it definitely a scam.
