My company did the design and layout for this company's magazine and took photos and were never fully paid they owe a few dollars short of $1,000. The magazine came out but due to bad business it was the first and last magazine. The deal and partial payments were done via email using paypal out of state business, that is the reason I didn't sue right away, The owner is a likable character who has big dreams but is a liar he has had many companies and I found out too late they all fail do not do business with this person.
