Mike and Sandra Sarvis, harrass, terrorize, badger and verbally attack tenants, steal private property, divert mail, lie and cheat tenants for their own financial gain

These people do not know anything about managing rental units and dealing with tenants and the law. They do anything they can to prevent one from obtaining and responding to unlawful detainers by not fixing mailbox so other tenants get your mail, removing posted material on door, telling the postal worker that you have moved.

They will unlawfully enter, refuse to follow through with agreements and then lie to the police that you didn't have an appt. Sandra had to be contained to stay away from tenants so they could try to move out. They charge for anything they have to do and then brag about making slightly over a hundred dollars an hour as if that is a big deal for such a company who claims to be so wonderful. They are evil and nasty, anyone with a brain and a heart can see right through these people.

Do not be fooled by the lame exaggerated testimonials these people have on their website. These people are crooks and con artists. They can't even register properly with the state on their own volition and have to have the real estate dept tell them to stop using an illegal DBA over a year after they had been conducting their so called business.

They failed to follow the eviction protocol, disposed of our belongings and tried to prevent me from removing antiques after Sandra learned they were worth more than $500. Fortunately the police, all 6 or so of them were there to keep her away from blocking the door and intimidating the tenants from trying to remove their items. Prior to that they allowed strangers to stay in the apt, using the furniture, removing items from the refrigerator and leaving their garbage, trash, food wrappers and reading materials in the apt.

I would never rent from them, they lied to every prospective tenant that came to look for an apt. They finally rented to pot smoking alcoholic people without good references yet claim they perform extensive tenant screening. They don't do anything they claim they do on their website, its all lies. Do not be fooled. These people have really bad karma. They are the lowest individuals I have ever met and I have met, dealt with and interacted with many people in my life.
