Refusal to pay, accept calls or respond to contact

This "store" ordered several items from my business and once they were received refused to accept my calls, my sales Reps calls, visits or any other correspondence in order to pay the bill. The one and only time I was able to contact them was when I called from a blocked number.

I am a small mom-run reputable and successful business. These women at this store Toni Taylor and Mary McDougal intentionally and purposefully took advantage of my status as a small business to essentially steal from me. Because I didn't send the goods COD, they took it as an opportunity to commit fraud and did it knowingly.

Other moms, if you shop at this store, don't. They have no respect for the small business owner trying to make a living and are truly dishonest.

do not confuse them with the store of a similar name in north carolina.

We are a small business that depends on honest dealings with customers when it comes to payment. This is a crime and it it unfortunate that the responsibility and associated costs are on me to take them to court across the company to get any compensation.

They are crooks and should be treated as such.
