Took money for roofing home and made excuses for not completing and now will not answer phone or respond to email

Sold me a bill of goods on roofing my home. I signed contract on 12/7 after checking references and BBB rating. Work to start on 1/10. Excuses were made as to bad weather conditions for several months. When salesman was called on to make something happen after three months then I started trying to get in touch with company. No one would answer calls, return phone messages or emails to the company. Filled a complaint with the BBB and then their responce to BBB was they were trying to work it out with the customer, I responded that I had had no contact. After about seven weeks of no reply to this the BBB removed them from their members.
Do not allow this company to do any work. They have let their insurance coverage to lapse and their Lying spineless wormy little owner will not even talk to you.
