I signed a contract Nov. 24th with Metropolitan Roofing to have my roof re-tiled and the old tiles removed and any wood needing replacement would be done.

The owner of the company Kathleen Whalley is the person I dealt with and who the contract is signed with. The contract was signed at my home in the presence of Margot Barclay to have the work done in the following week and that the large bin would be delivered first, then the work would be done. The job was going to cose me $6050.00 and she requested half of that for material payment. I gave her that acount $3025.00 in cash and have not seen hide nor hair of her or the roofers since. I have made numerous attempts at contacting Kathleen Whally, she had given me her cell number, and I finally had to send her a registered letter asking for my money back on January 8th. I found out she was staying at 278 Rue Andre Brunet, Kirkland at that time and it was accepted and signed for by a Mr. G. Goudreau at that address on January 9th.
There is still no word from Kathleen Whally, owner of Couvreur Metropolitan Roofing Inc.
