No reimbursement for item never acquired!

I requested snacks like a present for my bf for Valentine's. Because of the "surprise, " it had been postponed each day. When it had been ultimately "sent, " it visited another firm's email space. After I told my bf to contact another firm's email space, they advised him that no such bundle actually arrived for him. I told the dessert organization this and required a complete reimbursement because no body obtained the bundle. They declined to provide me a reimbursement since he promises that his courier person stated on providing the bundle. They however wont return me, $67 for snacks never obtained. I guess you the courier company possibly decreased the snacks or never sent them. Charlie in the Englewood department provided me a $20 credit. Why might I do want to purchase from this type of business? Poor company methods, I documented them towards the BBB.
