Mean, rude and unprofessional behavio

Our 82-year-old mom, after questioning why she'd to hold back 25 units on her visit, was screamed at from the operator before different clients. She got right up in my own mom's encounter (my mother is extremely mild-mannered) and simply yelled and screamed, towards the aftereffect of "you've to hold back at physician's practices!" Significantly, comparing himself to some physician's workplace? Therefore, my cousin and that I named to determine what had occurred, as my mom have been a person below for 5 years.
