NO customer service!

After I named the salon the girl performing there is right from the start not ethical. I expected her 2 easy inquiries, how hectic are you currently and certainly will I are available in anytime to obtain my hair colored. After 30 seconds I had been therefore disappointed, and finished simply forget it. I wound up moving in the salon anyhow since my mother required her hair done that evening and everybody else was shut.

In The salon, there is just one stylist operating and he or she was attempting to speak my mother out-of not receiving her hair done, stating ohh its likely to be $130 are you certain? Again and again. My mother said yes its good. Whilst the lady was performing her hair, she did not say a throughout the entire time 5 procedure.

I work-in retail and discover that REALLY unprofessional.

Only A totally unreal experience. Don't move there!
