Never recieved merchandise - phone disconnected -no email reply -no answer! Bangkok

Hi contacted this site for wholesale prices for some party favors for my daughter's graduation dinner. Any question I got, they answered quickly, but once I payed it was a different story. After 3 weeks of not receiving even a tracking number and looking in their website that my order was still " PROCESSING" I started to worry and started sending emails. Only once, someone, (no name given) said " We'll look into it", but never got an answer back. I sent too many emails and noticing that it was not working I stayed up all night to meet their time zone and amazing customer service schedule of 2pm-10pm, Thailand time. One of the phone was disconnected and the other answered after my 5th time calling! A guy, half asleep an I'm quite sure that he was not even part of the company, answer the call and said the same thing. He'll look in to it and get back to me. So I hanged up... Big mistake! He never did call back.
