Should smoke murderer in november '09, worked so so for extremely small amount of time. Delivered item back and received alternative. It did not work on all. Spoken to representative who recommended a possible repair. It did not work. Can't contact customer support possibly about the telephone or on the web. I'd like an item that works or my cash back. Mark watts.
