Smoke Assassin has Assassinated their own Credibility!

I heard Smoke Assassin's advertisement on the Radio for a free trial of their product on approximately 8-25-09. I called them and was told that their would be a $9.95 charge for a trial startup kit and I agreed to the Trial start up kit and told them then that's all I was interested in and nothing else! On 9-1-09 my account was debited for $79.90 and I immediately called Smoke Assassin and told them that I had not agreed to this charge on my account.in response Smoke Assassin said that they had mistakenly charged my account and that they would credit my account back less the $9.95 for the startup kit. Lo and behold I received the starup kit on approximately 9-17-09! On 10-1-09 my account was debited again for another $79.90 and I immediately called Smoke Assassin and asked them why had my account been charged again when my account had not been credited back for the original $69.95 ($79.90 minus $9.95 startup kit)! I was told that as soon as I received the Monthly Re-Supply Package that had been sent, I should put the given RMA number on the package and as soon as Smoke Assassin received the package my account would be credited back. I received and returned the Re-Supply Package on 10-5-09 and waited to hear from Smoke Assassin. I called Smoke Assassin on 10-20-09 and told them that I had sent the Package on the fifth and was told by the customer service rep. That she would hand carry a "Received Package Request" to their Shipping and Receiving Department and that "she promised" I would be getting a return phone call later that day. That day came and went and I did not receive a phone call and I have been lied to for the last time!
I am cancelling my Credit Card and I am filing complaints with my State Attorney Generals office, the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
