I will not ever use Sears again

I named Sears repair division in the future repair an ice manufacturer which wasnot producing snow. The technican cited me over $300.00 to repair the ice-maker. I thought it'd consider a significant while to correct the issue and approved the fix. The specialist set the issue and was out the doorway within 50 units. The labor costs were $208.00. I actually donot know anyone who makes over $200.00 one hour. I named sears to protest and obtained the next reaction:
