Got the run around when asked to talk to a superviso

I obtained a phone from "Lisa" with CBE team and he or she needed me to confirm my handle. I informed her I needed to understand who CBE team was before I gave out my tackle, she stated till I "confirm" my address that she couldn't tell me something. I repeatedly informed her I had been not informing my tackle till I understood who I had been offering it to. She stated there is nothing else she might do for me personally. I named the amount back and requested to talk to a boss, and that I got the run-around in the individual who responded the telephone and stated till I told them my tackle they might not inform me something else. Finally I acquired to consult with "John" the supervisor who explained the same. I again informed them I had been not providing my tackle to somebody about the telephone, that used to do not understand who these were. He explained I had been not "providing" the tackle simply because they currently had it they simply had a need to confirm it. I caught to my weapons and wouldn't "confirm" the tackle, therefore the guy stated there is nothing else he might do. I told him I had beennot requesting him to complete something, they asked me.
