Beware of Jeff Glovsky, owner of OFFMar and SunSexy Platinum Services. I rented an apartment from him for a vacation in Miami and paid a security deposit.
On the day I moved out, the apartment was in perfect conditions but he made some excuse on why he didn't have the money available to refund the security deposit. Excuse after excuse, lie after lie, it's been over a month and I still haven't seen my deposit.
By searching on craigslist, I connected with a group of other people who claimed to have been scammed the same way. So far there are 10 of us, but there could be many more. Some haven't seen their money for over three months.
Beware of this guy and his companies!
