Flowers weren't delivered, plus they refuse to give a refund

I purchased plants for my Grandmother on March 9 to become shipped on April 1 for Easter. The current weather is very good so there must be no issues right!? Incorrect, my Grandma did not receive them about the first. After I named about the first, nobody might provide mean response to wherever my blossoms were. I called again about the 2nd plus they stated in the beginning they did not understand after which after I created them examine AGAIN with FEDEX, they stated she must have them today. To assist with my trouble, these were likely to provide me a $5 discount on my $65 purchase. Please should you cannot trust your shipping support, OBTAIN A NEW ONE!!!
