Bad service, did not deliver on promise

On May 8 I'd a Loew's company arrived at my house to measure for 2 new gates, an entry-way door along with a storm door. That same-day (5/8) I visited Loew's and requested the gates utilizing his dimensions. Notice it required two hours to-order the gates between worker dinners and an inexperienced worker filling out to approach the purchases.

The company was planned (after two efforts) to set up the gates on July 4. Loewis called on July 4th, 45 minutes just before installment to see me that their company wouldn't deploy the gates since the dimensions were wrong.

The Loew's worker mentioned they'll need to reschedule having a new company. I'm unsure after I may have both gates that we taken care of mounted. But what I actually do understand is the fact that I'll never store at Loewis again.
