Lied, Charged me something else that what was agreed upon

The company charged me 90 dollars for something that was NOT offered to me and also had put other services and stated that i declined it that was not even run by me. I tried to solve it with the company supervisor SAM and did not get anywhere. I then received a letter from a collection agency about this matter. And when I called the carpet company SAM was yelling and would interrupt me while I was talking. He then hung up on me, I then received another call from their company, which she said she was calling from the TAMPA office, which was a LIE. It was the jacksonville office. He said that her supervisor has agreed for me to pay the 52.95 for the carpet cleaning and water damage only and not for the corrective cleaning. I gave them my card information thinking and believing that that is the only amount I will be charged. BUT THEY ARE THIEVES AND CHARGED ME 192!!! I then called them back the very same day and was threatened about being SUED by SAM and CLINT. And said that since I had signed a contract they can charge me any amount they want too. The original contract was for 157.13, the collection agency was for 187. And now I am being charged 192. Which the agreement was 52.95.

This company has called me and lied to get my card number and charged me a bogus amount. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY!!! And to top it off, they did not even remove the water damage. Only used one machine and the spot was still soaking wet! And the next day my house was rotten with a smell.

Thieves!!!
