Sunshine Van Line Rips Will You Off by Increase Shipping Costs on the Moving Day to Force You Paid Extra

I asked Sunshine Van Line to help me move. They estimated it would cost $900 to move from NY to FL. My belonings have less cubic feet than allowed to ship for $900. Pickup was scheduled between 8-9am. They didn't show up at the scheduled time. I called the company asking why no one came to pickup my belongings. All they tell me is to wait because they do not know when they could come. I had to wait till 1:00pm. My schedule for the day was completely messed up. When they came, the driver, Mr. Salih Delky, asked for $1500. Without that amount he would not move for me. I called the company. The lady who answered the phone was rude and she told me $1500 was the price to move or they would not move me. I asked to talk to the manager. She said she will ask the manager to call me back. But no one called. Since I had no choices, I had to pay them extra.
While packing Mr. Salih Delky wanted to rip off more by charging me packing fees. I told him packing was included in the price. I have never seen a moving company that does not include packing fees in its price. I had to fight the company and they eventually agreed not to charge me for that. During packing Mr. Salih Delky was completely distracted by talking on the phone. He did not pack properly to prevent damages and he didn't label every item. As a result, my furnitures and clothings were missing and damaged. While Mr. Salih Delky was moving my belongings, he kept complaining about the elevator being too small, the distance between my apartment and his truck was too far, and doors were too narrow.
I had told him not to park on the street because he could get a ticket. He didn't listen. More than half-way through loading his struck, he got a parking ticket and asking me to pay for it. I told him that I warmed him not to park on the street. He told me that he would throw away my stuffs if I don't pay the ticket. At this point, I felt threatened so I agreed. Then he told me that he had thrown away his clients belongings before if they don't give him a good tip. He forced me to pay him tips. I gave him all my cash and he forced me to pay more by writting him a check. I am very traumatized by this company and Mr. Salih Delky. I am considering legal actions against this company. This company habitually rip-off its clients like that. There were other clients complaints being ripped off. I am posting this to inform others not to make the same mistake I made by using this company
