John David Trammell - Judy Trammell (Henry) Have Stolen final rent, deposit and maintence funds after we fired them due to poor service

Despite their really nice website, John David Trammell and his wife Judy Trammell (who also goes by the last name Henry) who run Jones Management Group Inc in Independence Missouri, are not very good at what they purport to do; property management.

After they got control of the property, they sent rent late, rarely communicated and made excuses (check lost in the mail). We finally ceased our relationship with them and they have refused to send us funds for the last months rent, deposit and maintenance.

Jones Management Group Inc and David Trammell has simply kept (stolen) our money. Jones Management Group Inc has refused to pay and since there is no justification they have not responded to our inquiries or complaint via the BBB. Or any or our inquiries for our money.

If your thinking of doing business with Jones Management Group Inc and David Trammell, stop and think, research if they have a real office (I went to their listed office and it was an empty building). Ask your self why they do not have a real estate license (said to be required in the state of Missouri), and why they do not have the financial or moral character to pay what is owed?

There are many good property management companies in the area, Jones Management Group Inc and David Trammell can not be included in that group.
