I have nver been treated so badly as I have with the Colorado Property Management Group. These people think they can treat anyone like they wish, and then in the end take their client's money and leave with inferior product.

I wanted to have our property in South Denver managed for the winter months while we were away in Mexico, but our neighbors stated that the Colorado Property Management Group came to our place just once (!!) while we were gone. Our neighbors called to tell us that there was so much snow on our roof that they thought it was going to collapse under the weight.

When my husband called the Colorado Property Management Group, they said they were already on site cleaning it off after a large snow-dump. That was not the case. Our holiday was ruined because we were under so much stress about wondering if the Colorado Property Management Group were doing their job that we came home early.
