Horse Boarders are Slum lords and sued left and right

Boarded 3 horses with Ernie and Liz Thayer who happen to work for the Volusia County Schools... Poor kids. They run their ranch like a slum and when I found out what they did to my horses I found out they treated others bad too.

They hardly feed them, and hit them and treated them badly. Ernie has an uncontrollable temper. I loaned him, when I thought he was good, $800 to build a stall for my horse. Never paid me so I had to sue him. When I took him to court, another lawyer was there with another suit against him. Thayer had the guts to break in to another ranch down the street and take a female horse because the baby was ready to be born. Not sure why he wasnt arrested, but he was sued and lost that case. He lost my case too and paid me along with my court costs.

The Judge lost her patience when he was called in again for striking another boarder... A lady of 70 years old. When the Judge saw Thayer again, she told him that if he cam in again, she would bar him from in horse business.

I am happy for usacomplaints.com because I ended up finding out that others in the community of DAYTONA BEACH area knew he was a loser but didnt tell anyone. Well people need to know. STAY AWAY form the Thayers.
