Best Buy UPS
I ordered a cdplayer and i received it 8 weeks later and i ordered next day delivery! And northbrook

It was Christmass time 2002 i wanted to get something for my best friend. He always wanted a cool cd-player so i got him a cd player 4 180$ and i ordered next day delivery which was like around 20$, next day i received an email that said that they ran out of this model so i called best buy and asked them how long will it take to receive my package. They said asap, yeah right it took them 8 weeks to deliver it.

Now here is an UPS part: when my item was finally shipped out to me they were supposed to come on friday. I worked at home that day for the whole time so i knew that there was no possible way to me to miss the delivery. Around 12: am i heard an truck pulling up, i wasnt sure if it was ups i thought that i will wait until they ring the doorbell. Ok hey didnt so i was sure that it wasnt them, later that day i went to Dominick's to get some stuff and i looked at the door and i saw an UPS sticker that said that i missed the delivery it said that they delivered the package at 12:05 and this is the time when i heard an truck pulling up to my house.

I knew that the person didnt even ring the doorbell and just left the sticker!!! And the most stupid part is that when i called ups they said that the package was delivered but noone answered the door! Ok so im arguing with someone rom the service and finally i said that i need that package asap so the person said that if i really need it i will have to pick it up myself because it can be delivered again on monday becasue they dont ship on weekends!!! Ok so i took and hour drive to pick up the cd-player.

Here is the next part: I had to wait in UPS for an hour becasue they had to find the package! So i finally got it and i went home, next day i called Best buy and i said that i want the 20$ taken away for the shipping that i ordered: the lady said that they dont take back the shipping options! I said that i dont really care that they dont take them back becasue its not my faul that they didnt deliver it to me properly! So i argued with the lady for couple of minutes and finally she said there is nothing that she can do and she practically hung up on me! If you want to go throught same like i did order from best buy online!
