Sold me broken boxspring

Sleepy's bed, i purchased a boxspring which was a settlement product, it smashed i named client service they explained there is nothing they are able to do. Iam caught with it. I WOn't purchase another solution from them. Now my boy is resting on the mattress without any boxspring. I purchased it from sleepys in plymouth, ma. The salesperson never explained it was settlement & ultimate sale. When i named the shop the salesman explained it might be traded, to contact customer support, they inform me something different. I am really annoyed they wont do something about this.
