After posting my resume` on several job sites I started recieving e-mails from "emp-screen, Inc. Telling me that I have the skills that have caused the company that they represent to want to look deeper into my life (part of employment pre-screening). My take on the matter was that I was to pay for have them look into my life and asked them why should I pay them to pry into my life when I haven't even had an interview about any job (at that point). I recieved a response and that came across as if NOT signing up and shoveling out critical information would result in my loss (of a job).
I recieved several other same type e-mails from the same company, I always ignored them but a few days ago I read through the letter completely and ultimately asked myself..."well, who is the company they represent?" I sent them an email with exactly that question & so far there has been no response to my question from.
A few hours ago, before finding "complaint", I sent "Emp-Screen, Inc., a letter stating that I'm still waiting for them to tell me who they were representing when they sent me todays e-mail. Every e-mail they send claims that they're representing someone but they never identify the company, organization nor charity.
My suggestion, save and send all of your correspondence to your State's Attoryney Generals office with a complaint of attempts of this company to purpetrate internet fraud.
