Never sent the gift card

Our rebate wasn't recognized following a Homedepot Sales Affiliate explained to purchase the color I bought particularly since I'd get a $20 discount. I'd prepared to buy various color before getting his unwarranted assistance. After I was educated by Behr that my refund wouldn't be recognized, there is no cause outlined why not. While wondering why it was not being recognized, they responded that used to donot buy enough color. After I replied another period I told them I bought a-5-gallon container, and advised them of exactly what the refund mentioned, they responded a third-time declaring that used to donot purchase the correct kind of color. I approached the House Website via mail, plus they stated these were sorry, and might a $25 gift-card replace with the inconveniance. They never delivered the giftcard.
