Unjustly withheld $1700 security deposit

Terry Parker took $100 cash per student for 17 students renting her home for senior week in myrtle beach, totalin $1700. She refuses to return the deposit. She claims that it is due to vomit and condoms on the rug. This is the same story she told to the students as they were checking in, referring to the students before them.

These students went out and purchased cleaning supplies with their own money just to ensure that the home looked like it did when they checked in. They are a good group of kids from upper class neighborhoods. Terry Parker told them she would inspect the house before they left and return the deposit.

She did come to the house before they left but told them she had to receive a report from the cleaning people before she could refund the deposit and it would be at least 30 days. After 30 days the students are being told that she has nothing to do with the security deposits and that they should call Sharon. Sharon does not answer the phone or return phone calls.
